Inside Sales Coordinator

Role Purpose

Position will sit alongside the sales team, providing bespoke repeat order and renewal support for the UK Sales Team. The role ensures the mandated sales process is followed at all times to comply with ISO audits and maintain a transparent sales lifecycle that meets KPI standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise directly with customers, vendors, and internal departments in a timely manner.
• Work with customers from the beginning of the renewal process through delivery.
• Attend scoping calls (when required).
• Request pricing from vendors.
• Create proposals and quotes.
• Conduct follow‑up calls.
• Manage the pipeline to ensure orders are placed promptly.
• Check documentation for won work is present and correct.
• Ensure invoicing profiles are fully and clearly completed.
