Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and market research.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Identify key decision-makers and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Conduct follow-ups and nurture leads to create new business opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales activity reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless lead conversion and client onboarding.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Tele Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Media, Advertising, OOH, Digital Marketing, or related industries preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn prospecting, and MS Office.
