Lead a dynamic inside sales team with a leading distributor of electrical and lighting supplies in Mississauga. This hands-on role combines strategic oversight with customer engagement in the Greater Toronto Area.
As an Inside Sales Manager, you’ll oversee a team of five to six sales and order desk representatives. You will manage team performance, take customer calls, and ensure smooth communication between inside and outside sales. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage team performance and workflow on a daily basis
• Handle customer calls and counter work as needed
