Inside Sales Representative – Industrial & Fire Protection Products

Delta, British Columbia – Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support and grow a strong customer base in Delta and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a sales‑driven professional with experience in industrial products, pipe, valves and fittings, or fire protection. Acting as a key customer contact, you will manage orders, quotations, and delivery coordination while building long‑term relationships and identifying opportunities to increase sales.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately via phone, email, fax, and sales representatives.
• Resolve customer inquiries by coordinating with sales, warehouse, credit, and purchasing teams.
• Prepare and manage quotations, pricing, and delivery coordination.
