Inside Sales Representative

Job Overview

At Wolseley Canada, your role as an Inside Sales Representative is to build strong relationships with customers, manage the order process, and collaborate with the Outside Team and Warehouse to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. You will be the primary contact for placing orders and will work closely with our warehouse team to meet customer needs and company targets.

What you will do

• Complete the order process, including offering pricing terms according to established margins and sourcing additional products.
• Enter quotations and orders into the system with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide customers with accurate pricing, inventory, and specific delivery information.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers by phone or email, cultivating additional business.
