Job Description

Drive sales of laboratory informatics software and automation solutions, including laboratory robotics, workflow management systems, and integrated digital platforms.
Proactively manage the sales cycle—lead generation, qualification, discovery, and closure—across assigned territories.
Conduct outbound campaigns and follow up on inbound inquiries to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with Field Account Managers and Product Specialists to coordinate territory strategy, product demonstrations, and joint sales calls.
Maintain accurate sales activities and opportunity tracking within Salesforce CRM.
Provide consultative guidance to customers, aligning software capabilities with laboratory workflows and compliance needs.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
