Inside Sales Representative - Security Services

SMS Security is a growing security services company headquartered in Toronto, proudly serving multi-residential condominium communities across the Greater Toronto Area. We provide guard services, installation and servicing of security systems, mobile patrol, and parking enforcement — and we’re scaling fast. We’re looking for a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle for one of our key product lines.

The Role

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers from initial inquiry through to order fulfillment and shipping. You will manage inbound leads, build relationships with customers, and ensure every order is accurate, timely, and delivered with excellent service.
