Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Supervisor to oversee sales administration activities, support internal and external customers, and lead a high-performing inside sales team. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can balance team management, process improvement, customer support, and commercial coordination within a technical manufacturing environment.

The role

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, improving internal processes, supporting quoting and order activity, and ensuring a strong level of service across the customer journey. This person will work cross‑functionally with sales, supply chain, finance, production, and other internal teams to improve communication, streamline workflows, and help deliver business goals.
