Job Description
As a Solar Trade Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role on our installation teams, supporting both the Hub Manager and Electrician and during residential and commercial solar installations.
You’ll help ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn and grow in one of NZ’s most exciting industries.
The role may require occasional travel and overnight stays, we minimise this where possible and ensure fair rotation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of solar panels, mounting systems, and cabling on residential and commercial rooftops
- Transport, organise, and prepare tools and materials for installations
- Support stocktaking and warehouse organisation when required
