Job Description & Specification Qualifying criteria for titled position Education & Professional Certification ▪ MBA (Finance)/CA/CFA preferred. ▪ 7–12 years in Institutional Sales/AMCs with proven sales record. ▪ NISM Mandatory Required Skills & Competencies: ▪ Strong knowledge of MF products, market dynamics, and treasury investment behaviour & Must be handling institutional business in the AMC / MF Industry. ▪ High-level communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. ▪ Analytical ability to explain performance, risk metrics, and fund strategy. ▪ Self-driven, disciplined, with strong stakeholder engagement capability.
