Job Description

Position Instructional Associate – full‑time (12‑week) or part‑time (24‑week) bootcamps in Singapore. 
Location & Eligibility The role is based in Singapore. Candidates must have a valid Singapore work permit, citizenship, or permanent residency. The company does not sponsor work permits. 
Schedule Full‑time: Monday‑Friday, 9 AM–6 PM. 
Part‑time: Tuesday/Thursday 7 PM–10 PM and Saturday 9 AM–6:30 PM (exact hours to be discussed). 
Responsibilities Attend and exhibit engagement during all class sessions. 
Provide real‑time support on homework and projects, as well as motivational coaching for students who are falling behind. 
Review student homework and projects using an assessment rubric. 
Mentor and coach students, offering empathy and guidance to help them manage academic and personal challenges.
