Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Instructional Design & Content Development
Design and develop complex, high-quality instructional materials.
Collaborate with SMEs to gather and structure course content.
Develop scripts, storyboards, practice exercises, video/audio scripts, assessments,
participant guides, and facilitator guides.
Create and update print-based and interactive web-based training content.
Incorporate multimedia elements such as graphics, audio, animations, videos, and
interactive components into training materials.
Develop content for both operational training and marketing purposes.
2. Learning Technology & LMS Management
Troubleshoot technical delivery issues across multiple platforms and devices (SCORM,
LMS, Tin Can/xAPI, web delivery).
Provide technical and operational support for the learning platform.
