Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging, high-impact learning solutions that support employee performance and business goals. This role requires a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and the ability to develop both traditional and video-based learning content.



Key Responsibilitie

  • sConduct training needs analysis and gather requirements from stakeholders and SME
  • sDesign and develop training materials including e-learning modules, videos, facilitator guides, and assessment
  • sCreate and produce video-based learning content from concept to executio
  • nApply instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE or SAM to build structured learning program
