Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Technician Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of instrumentation and control systems. Install, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot field instruments including pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters. Maintain and repair control valves, actuators, analyzers, and associated instrumentation equipment. Conduct loop checks, functional testing, and commissioning activities. Diagnose faults in PLC, DCS, SCADA, and control systems. Read and interpret P&IDs, loop diagrams, instrument datasheets, and wiring drawings. Perform instrument calibration using standard calibration tools and procedures. Ensure all instrumentation systems operate safely and efficiently in accordance with plant requirements. Maintain records of calibration, testing, maintenance, and repair activities. Support plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and commissioning activities.
