Now Hiring: Insurance Claims Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Receive and register insurance claims from client

  • Guide clients through the claims process

  • Ensure all claim documentation is complete and submitted to insurers

  • Liaise with insurers, assessors, loss adjusters, and service providers

  • Follow up on outstanding claims and keep clients informed of progress

  • Provide general administrative support related to claims


Requirements:



  • Previous claims or insurance experience preferred

  • Knowledge of Short-term insurance

  • Relevant insurance qualification (advantageous)

  • Computer Literacy

  • Good understanding of insurance policies and claims procedure
