- Assist clients in understanding their insurance options and policies.
- Handle claims processing and provide support throughout the claim resolution process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with underwriters to assess risk and determine policy terms.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduates.
- Experience Level: Requires at least 1 year of international voice BPO experience, preferably with an insurance experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of healthcare insurance policies.
