Description

  • Assist clients in understanding their insurance options and policies.
  • Handle claims processing and provide support throughout the claim resolution process.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to assess risk and determine policy terms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduates.
  • Experience Level: Requires at least 1 year of international voice BPO experience, preferably with an insurance experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of healthcare insurance policies.
