Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Insurance Specialist with hands-on knowledge of the US insurance industry (Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines). This role sits at the core of insurance operations and requires daily, real production work inside Applied Epic.
This is not a call-center role. This is execution, accuracy, and process discipline.
If you already have experience mentoring or training others, that is a strong advantage. If not, we will train the right person to grow into a Trainer / Process Expert role over time.

- Manage daily insurance operations in Applied Epic
- Handle renewals, policy issuance, endorsements, and client updates
