About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Support to assist a growing US insurance agency with policy administration, CRM management, renewals, client follow-ups, and marketing support.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate agency records, ensuring timely renewal processing, supporting client retention efforts, and keeping agency systems organized and up to date. The ideal candidate has experience working with insurance agency management systems, enjoys process-driven work, and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

• Manage and maintain client and policy data within APEX and AgencyZoom.
• Log new and existing policies, contacts, and client records accurately.
• Transfer and organize client data from APEX into AgencyZoom.
