About the job INT-D82E915 | SENIOR WORKPLACE SOLUTIONS MANAGER The Workspace Solutions Senior Manager at KMC is responsible for driving sales conversion through client requirement probing, solutions creation, leading workplace design workshops, and managing the complete sales lifecycle from initial contact to deal closure. 
This role requires expertise in leading the team of Salespeople doing the negotiation, site selection, and creation of proposals and RFP response. As a leader, he/she must be proficient in managing ERP, CRM systems and other sales tools and automation systems being used by the company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong people manager skills and the ability to build a solid team of sales team and be able to achieve their quota.
