Eaton’s IS AER MSD division is currently seeking a Integrated Program Team (IPT) Director to lead our Life Support product group. This role is based at our Orchard Park, NY facility.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Within the MSD Business structure there are 8+ Value Streams or Integrated Product Teams. Internally, we refer to this position as an Integrated Product Team Director. However, this position better aligns with what the marketplace calls a Value Stream Manager.
