We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Integration Analyst who is passionate about learning and problem‑solving. This role will support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of integration solutions that enable seamless data flow across systems and support business operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering integration solutions across multiple lines of business under guidance
- Support implementation of integration patterns including A2A, B2B, and B2C
- Develop and maintain integrations using tools such as webMethods, SSIS, and Microsoft Azure integration services
- Work with API-based integrations (SOAP and REST) via API Gateway
- Monitor integration services and assist in troubleshooting issues
- Support incident resolution and follow through to closure with guidance
- Participate in system maintenance, enhancements, and documentation
