Team Lead Integration Development (Remote)

Mercans is seeking a Team Lead Integration Development to lead the design, development, and maintenance of integration solutions connecting its global payroll SaaS platform with HCM, WFM, ERP, accounting, tax, and benefits systems. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on integration expertise to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant data exchange solutions.
