Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Ownership Lead and execute complex technical design missions with high autonomy under general guidelines. Propose, develop, and implement advanced engineering solutions in electromechanical and electrical systems. Provide functional leadership and guidance to junior design engineers and designers. Support team development through mentoring, coaching, and technical assistance. Product Design & Development Own and deliver complex product design, including: Detailed 2D/3D drawings Bills of Materials (BOMs) Sub-assemblies and system-level designs Ensure designs meet: Technical specifications Customer expectations Supply chain constraints Lead functional contributions in product architecture and functional analysis.
