ROLE: Action and resolve IM (Incident Management) tickets. Action and resolve CIM (Critical Incident Management) tickets as required. Raise and lead tasks PM (Problem Management) tickets as identified. Action and coordinate CM (Change Management) tasks and tickets as required.
