Integration Processes Superintendent

Flex is looking for an Integration Processes Superintendent located in Guadalajara, North Campus. The role reports to the Operations Manager and leads manual assembly and integration processes within a 100% manual manufacturing environment, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.

• Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
• Manages a team of professionals (e.g., engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements.
• Reviews daily plant operating performance, evaluates areas impacting performance, and advises on changes in operating conditions to improve efficiency/quality.
• Troubleshoots and analyzes operational problems and advises on resolution.
