We are currently seeking a highly capable and detail-orientedIntellectual Property Paralegalto join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in managing our clients' patent and trademark portfolios, providing litigation support, and supporting the firm's business development initiatives.

Work from home
Monday to Friday | 7 AM to 4 PM
*Following the Australian Holidays
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough searches using various IP databases.
Assist in the preparation and filing of new patent and trademark applications for both domestic and international clients.
Collaborate effectively with team members to manage and administer clients' patent and trademark portfolios.
Provide essential support for litigation activities.
Manage tasks and workflows to ensure that deadlines are met and monitored.
