Job Description
Support mental health in the Region of Peel as an Intensive Case Manager with SHIP. This role provides essential client counseling and crisis intervention in a structured, collaborative environment.
As part of the SHIP collaborative team, this role focuses on time-limited Intensive Case Management and Substance Use support. You will utilize assessment tools to develop short-term support strategies aimed at enhancing clients' life skills and stabilizing their housing and health needs. Engage in advocacy and service navigation to assist clients transitioning to long-term care solutions.
