Scale 5 (£29,540 - £32,061 inclusive of 2 increments for weekend working)

Hours : 37 Hours, Full Time

Employment type : Temporary, until March 2027

Location : Central House, Leaving Care Hub with Hybrid / Work from Home option

Your Role

You will provide tailored, empowering support to young people aged 16–25 who are currently or have previously been in the care of the Local Authority, helping them navigate their transition into adulthood with confidence and stability.

As part of this role, you will also contribute to the delivery of group‑based activities and workshops, and actively support the Care Leavers Forum to ensure young people’s voices are heard, valued, and central to shaping the services they receive.
