Interchange Operations Lead

Transit Systems in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual for overseeing daily driver operations at our interchange. You will be responsible for managing driver allocations and ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining safety standards, and addressing customer inquiries effectively.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, strong geographical knowledge of Singapore, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends. A working knowledge of LTA contracts and regulations is required.
