Interim Group Financial Reporting Manager

šŸ“ Swindon | Hybrid (3 days onsite)

We're seeking an Interim Group Financial Reporting Manager to support a PLC environment, reporting to the Group Financial Controller. This role will lead external financial reporting and technical accounting, with ownership of group consolidation and statutory reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of consolidated annual and interim financial statements and disclosures
  • Managing the external audit process
  • Ownership of the consolidation system (Oracle HFM)
  • Preparation of Audit Committee papers
  • Oversight of subsidiary statutory accounts
  • Advising on IFRS and technical accounting matters
  • Supporting groupā€‘wide finance projects and maintaining accounting policies
