Job Description

Our Public sector client has an exciting requirement for an interim HR Director, for a 3-6 month contract, based in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible to lead the delivery of all HR Services across the organisation. Working as part of the senior leadership team, the HR director will oversee people focused HR Projects and initiatives to ensure continuous operational and strategic improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED

  • Deliver HR Strategy and develop forward planning HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Management of the HR team, driving high standards of team’s performance.
  • Ensure delegation, coaching and mentoring of HR Team
  • Identify areas of process and improvement for HR efficiencies
