Your New Role
You will partner closely with senior HR leadership to deliver support across a range of HR projects during a short-term assignment. The role will involve both operational and project-focused responsibilities as the HR function continues to embed new processes and systems.
What You’ll Need to SucceedProven HR Operations experience within a financial services environment.
Ability to operate effectively in a developing or start-up HR function, ideally with exposure to HRIS implementation.
Confidence in managing manual HR processes where required.
Experience providing advice on a variety of Employee Relations matters, including performance management, people development, sickness, and general ER casework.
