This is a hands-on role supporting a busy finance function during a period of increased reporting demand and month-end pressure.
Key Responsibilities Preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet)
Full ownership of the month-end close process
Production and maintenance of balance sheet reconciliations (accruals, prepayments, debtors, creditors, intercompany)
Preparation of variance analysis and commentary
Support with VAT return preparation and submission
Assistance with budgeting and forecasting cycles
Liaising with finance and non-finance stakeholders to support reporting requirements
