KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design Leadership, Enhancement & Collaboration Collaborate closely with architects and interior architects to enhance window and door design solutions in alignment with the original architectural intent. Technical Detailing & System Integration Translate architectural design intent into robust, buildable window and door solutions through intelligent detailing and system integration. Specification Ownership Drive correct specification. Ensure systems are properly documented in drawings, schedules, and tender information. Reduce design-stage errors, late-stage changes, and specification dilution. Sales & Market Development (Specification-Led) Lead the sales and market development function through design-led influence and specification success.
