About the Role
We are looking for a high‑agency operator with strong technical grounding to lead and deliver high‑end residential projects across Spain and internationally. This is not a coordination role. You will be responsible for owning projects end‑to‑end — from early design development through construction and final installation — ensuring that design intent is executed at the highest level of quality, detail, and precision.
You will work directly with the founder while operating independently across geographies, stakeholders, and time zones. The role requires someone who can navigate ambiguity, solve problems without escalation, and consistently deliver under real‑world constraints. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
