Responsibilities
- Develop space plans, mood boards, and design concepts based on client requirements and brand standards.
- Produce detailed interior drawings, joinery details, and specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fittings appropriate to the design and budget.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to finalize design directions and obtain approvals.
- Prepare 3D visualizations and presentations to communicate design ideas clearly.
- Coordinate with joinery and production teams to ensure accurate translation of designs into final products.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation and resolve on-site design issues.
- Assist in BOQ preparation, material procurement coordination, and client presentations.
- Stay up to date with interior design trends, materials, and market innovations.
