Interior Fit‑Out Architect — Detail‑Driven Project Lead

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in Sharjah is seeking a Fit-Out Architect to bridge design intent with construction delivery. The role includes creating detailed architectural and interior fit-out drawings while coordinating with consultants and site teams for villa, commercial, and hospitality projects in the UAE GCC.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture and have at least 3 years of fit-out architectural experience in the UAE/GCC, with advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. Strong knowledge of UAE authority submission requirements is essential.
