Roles & Responsibilities


  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales funnel to drive higher conversion rates
  • Drive 12–15 project bookings per month by ensuring strong pipeline management
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and relationship management throughout the sales journey
  • Collaborate closely with designers at the Experience Centre to ensure seamless execution of assigned projects
  • Coach and train designers to improve customer interactions and overall experience quality
  • Take ownership of centre-level growth, contributing to overall business expansion in the city
