Elevate your accounting career with a publicly listed company specializing in parking and industrial properties in North America. As an Intermediate Accountant, support financial reporting and contribute to key financial operations in the Greater Toronto Area.
You will assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting while performing account reconciliations and accrual reviews for various asset and liability accounts. Supporting accounts payable and receivable processes is vital, along with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis. Collaborate with operations teams to enhance budget reviews and reporting for tenants.
