Our client is a rapidly growing organization operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. The company is focused on building a best-in-class finance function to support continued growth and operational excellence.

They are currently seeking an Intermediate Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Finance team in a hybrid role based in Burnaby (two days per week in office). This position will play an important role in supporting day-to-day AP operations, maintaining strong internal controls, and driving process improvements within a growing finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve invoices processed by junior team members to ensure accurate coding and compliance with internal policies

• Maintain consistency in invoice coding across general ledger accounts, departments, and accounting periods
