You will take responsibility for project objectives, requirements, and budgets while motivating a small team, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of commercial and institutional projects. The position is ideal for an experienced architectural draftsperson who enjoys being involved in every phase of a project and seeing work through to the final certificate of occupancy.
