As an Intermediate Hazardous Materials Technician, you will support hazardous materials assessments and remediation projects, applying field experience to ensure accurate data collection, strong safety performance, and high-quality deliverables while growing your technical expertise alongside senior specialists.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hazardous materials surveys and assessments in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
• Independently collect samples of asbestos, metals (e.g., lead), PCBs, microbials, and other hazardous substances
• Contribute to the development of hazardous materials management plans, safe work procedures, abatement specifications, and exposure control plans
• Conduct hazardous materials condition assessments
