Contribute to Canada's energy transition as an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer with WSP. Engage in diverse power plant technologies and design resilient infrastructure for a low-carbon future.
This role is vital within WSP’s Energy sector, supporting various technologies from biomass to carbon capture. With 6 to 10 years of EPCM experience, you will design mechanical systems, prepare specifications, and review vendor drawings. Your collaboration with other engineering disciplines ensures effective project execution in power generation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design mechanical piping and equipment for power facilities
• Prepare mechanical equipment specifications and RFQs
• Review vendor drawings and technical data
• Interface with clients and other disciplines
• Prepare scopes of work for construction
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
• 6–10 years in mechanical design for power projects
