Job Description

Summary of Role

An intermediate project manager manages moderately complex projects, coordinating teams, managing timelines, budgets, and scope, while ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, often with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in DT (Cyber, InfrastructureOPS, Operational Technology and Information Platforms and Services).

Responsibilities

  • Manage project initiation by developing and ensuring the project charter approval, identify and engage stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive and quality project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date in the PMO Toolset as well as project folders.
