Insight Global is hiring a Scrum Master to support a large-scale loan management and collections transformation within a financial services environment. This role will play a key part in a net-new initiative focused on migrating to LoanPro and expanding operations into the U.S. market.
This Scrum Master will work closely with cross-functional teams across both onshore (Toronto) and offshore teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving alignment across stakeholders. The role is highly collaborative and people-focused, with an emphasis on enabling team performance, ensuring delivery momentum, and fostering strong communication across distributed teams.
A significant portion of this role will involve leading morning Agile ceremonies (EST) aligned with offshore teams, followed by collaboration with local executives and stakeholders to ensure priorities are aligned and deliverables are progressing effectively.
