Responsibilities
- Analyze and design by reviewing documentation such as business requirements and specifications to derive test estimates and formulate a strategic test approach.
- Develop automation and load testing scripts that adhere to internal standards and best practices, using version control tools for efficiency.
- Execute technical tests using relevant tools, ensuring systematic and accurate execution, including automated regression testing packs.
- Log defects formally, follow up on their progress, and retest them once resolved.
- Conduct retesting and regression testing to confirm software changes have not adversely affected existing functionality or performance, create and maintain automated regression test packs with the functional testing team.
