Process Integration Internship – NAND Structural Analysis
This internship provides hands‑on training in understanding NAND structural integration through inline characterization. The student will analyze the relationship between structural parameters, process performance, probe yield, and device operation to address real‑world semiconductor manufacturing challenges.
