Micron Technology is seeking a candidate for a project internship to support Ball Attach MTBA Improvement in Muar, Johor, Malaysia. The intern will identify and analyze factors affecting MTBA, track data-driven improvements, and prepare management updates. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering is required, and internships lasting from 3 to 6 months are preferred.
