Job Description
What will you do? Construction estimating and product researching;
Document control;
Project scheduling and monitoring;
Scope definition, tendering work, and preparing bid analyses;
Attend site meetings, document progress, review deliverables, taking minutes, follow up with trades and consultants;
You will be interacting with consultants, construction managers, and property managers, trades and contractors;
You will assist with closeout of projects; and
Administration and other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
You will work under the direction of a Project Manager. The tasks you may be assigned will vary depending on the project and your personal level of initiative, but here are some examples of the things you could be working on:
