What the role is Intern, DAT 
Through this hands‑on experience, interns will gain practical insights into user experience research, UI design, and the application of design thinking methodology to transform government digital services. You will be part of a panicle digital transformation initiative that redesigns how Singapore's land management departments collaborate and serve citizens. 
What you will be working on Workshop Planning & Facilitation 
Assist in planning and facilitating design thinking workshops with stakeholders of various backgrounds 
Support documentation of workshop outcomes and synthesis of user insights 
UX Research & Analysis 
Conduct user interviews to understand current workflows and pain points 
Observe and document existing processes to identify improvement opportunities 
Create user personas, journey maps, and research findings presentations
